Get a register
Every holder is a shareholder. The register, cap table and titles update from Solana in real time.

Holder roles
The largest eligible holders receive CEO, CFO, COO and board roles. Titles update as holdings change.

Report earnings
Every week is a quarter. CoinCorp writes the earnings report: volume, buyers vs sellers, new shareholders, fees.

Hold an AGM
Anyone with 0.1% can file a resolution. Shareholders vote on-chain, weighted by holdings; 1% quorum.
